Refer the client and lead the implementation yourself. The client leaves with a live security program — risks mapped, controls operational, tasks assigned to the right people. You earn the full 30% when the ISMS is running, not just documented.
Your commission is calculated on the full value of the first contract your client signs. If they sign for three years, your commission is from that — not just the first year. You get paid annually, in line with when we invoice.
