What's New
Health Status Monitoring
Ever wondered how well-managed your assets, vendors, or business processes really are? Now Kordon tells you — with real-time health status indicators across the platform. Every asset, vendor, and business process now shows one of four states:
- Healthy All connected risks acceptable, no overdue tasks, no failing controls, no open findings
- At Risk Unacceptable risks, overdue tasks, failing controls, open findings, or expired vendor contracts
- Unmanaged No risks, controls, or recurring tasks connected yet
- Unmonitored Deprecated or deactivated
The real power? Health cascades through your connections. A vendor going 'At Risk' — say, because of an expired contract or a failing control — will automatically push connected assets to 'At Risk'. And if those assets support a business process, that business process also turns 'At Risk'. You can look at a single business process and immediately know if something is wrong anywhere in the chain.
Health badges are visible in list views, detail views, and connected items. Filter by health status in any list view to quickly find what needs attention.
Business Processes ↔ Controls Connections
A new connection type! You can now link business processes directly to controls, and vice versa. This makes it easier to show how your controls support specific business operations.

- Smarter Connection Search
Searching for items to connect is now faster and more accurate — the search now filters by exact titles, cutting through the noise. Look out for additional improvements soon.
- Health Status on Connected Items
When viewing an item's connections, you can now see the health status of every connected item right there in the detail view.
- User Groups Auto-Refresh
User group member lists now automatically refresh when memberships change — no more manual reloading.
- Manager Added to Controls
For consistency with every other item in Kordon, Controls can now have both a manager and an owner. During migration, the current assignee will be set as both manager and owner of existing items.
